In October 2001, over 500 participants and distinguished speakers met at the Great Hall of The People in Beijing to attend the HR FORUM 2001. This coming August, two of the most outstanding and influential experts in the HR field, Professor Wayne Brockbank from the University of Michigan Business School and Professor Peter Capelli from the Wharton Business School, together with dozens of senior HR Directors from across China, will lead the HR FORUM 2002 in both Beijing and Shanghai.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
Content and Approach:
  • Keynote speeches: Professor Brockbank and Professor Capelli will present their research and case studies on HR strategies, talent management and the 4th worldwide survey on HR competencies.
  • Roundtable discussions: Experienced HR Directors and leading experts will participate in panel discussions on various topics. Different perspectives and approaches will be presented, leading to insightful discussion on pros and cons of various approaches.
  • Topic presentations: Subject experts and consultants will share their views and experience on specific HR topics.
