
叶莺(Ying Yeh):伊士曼柯达公司全球副总裁、大中华区主席、亚太区对外事务部总经理
2004年4月1日,叶莺女士被伊士曼柯达公司任命为大中华区主席,并继续担任伊士曼柯达公司全球副总裁兼亚太区对外事务总经理。
叶莺女士于1997年加入柯达公司,担任大中华区副总裁兼对外事务部总经理。她负责管理包括中国大陆、香港和台湾在内的柯达大中华区的对外事务及媒体和公共关系。她是柯达项目核心谈判小组三个成员之一。通过谈判,柯达成功地获准在华投资十二亿美元建立感光材料生产基地,该项目被誉为“柯达模式”。她在柯达在华发展战略的实施过程中发挥了关键作用。1999年3月,叶女士被任命为柯达公司亚太区副总裁兼对外事务部总经理,承担起更多的责任。随后,叶女士于2001年1月被任命为柯达大中华区副主席,负责中国大陆、香港和台湾的业务。2002年5月9日被伊士曼柯达公司董事会任命为全球副总裁,并继续担任担任亚太区对外事务部总经理和大中华区副主席。
目前,叶女士还担任柯达(中国)股份有限公司、柯达(中国)投资有限公司、柯达(无锡)股份有限公司、柯达(上海)国际贸易有限公司和柯达(广州)技术服务有限公司的董事会主席。
加盟柯达之前,叶女士曾经在美国政府外交部门服务十七年,成绩卓著,先后任职于缅甸、广州、香港、台湾和北京。

In April 2004, Eastman Kodak Company appointed Ms. Ying Yeh
Chairman, Greater China Region. Meanwhile, she continues to
serve as a Vice President of Eastman Kodak Company and the
General Manager of External Affairs, Greater Asia Region.
Ms. Yeh joined Eastman Kodak Company in January 1997 as General
Manager for External Affairs and Vice President of the Greater
China Region. Ms. Yeh is responsible for managing government
affairs and public relations for Eastman Kodak?ˉs Greater
China Region, which includes China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
She was one of the three members of the core negotiating team,
which successfully secured approval for Kodak?ˉs unprecedented
US $1.2 billion project to build China?ˉs modern sensitizing
industry. The deal, known as ?°The Kodak Model?±, involved
the central government, five ministries and commissions, six
provinces, ten cities and cross-boundary cooperation among
three industries. On May 9th, 2002 the Board of Directors
of Eastman Kodak Company elected Ms. Yeh a Vice President
of the company.
Ms. Yeh?ˉs responsibilities were expanded in March 1999, when
she was retitled as the General Manager for External Affairs
and Vice President, Greater Asia Region. Effective January
1st, 2001, Ms. Yeh was also appointed Vice Chairman, China
to reflect her pivotal role in the execution of Kodak?ˉs growth
strategy in China. She is also the Chairman of Kodak (China)
Company Limited, Kodak (China) Investment Company Limited,
Kodak (Wuxi) Company Limited, Kodak (Shanghai) International
Trading Company Limited, and Kodak (Guangzhou) Technology
Service Company Limited.
Prior to Kodak, Ms. Yeh had a distinguished career in the
U.S. Government Foreign Service, enjoying postings to Burma,
Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Beijing.
