上海微创软件有限公司公司总裁：王晔

王晔现任上海微创软件有限公司总裁，负责微创公司全面管理和业务运作。微创软件是微软和上海市政府共同投资建立的新型综合型软件企业。在其带领下，公司开业至今两年的时间里，已顺利建设、培养起了一支专业的人才队伍，公司规模扩展至300多人；在业务模式上，制定了明确的方向，顺利铺设了四条业务线——专业技术支持和客户服务外包、软件开发和测试外包、电子政务和电子教育解决方案和企业IT服务与解决方案，并取得了不俗的业绩——创业半年公司就已实现盈利，2003财年销售额达到1.35亿。王晔本人也因其出色的管理业绩，分别于2003年5月由微创首席运营官晋升为副总裁，于2003年12月晋升为总裁。并荣获2002年中国经济贡献年度新闻人物称号及2003年上海市科技创业领军人物称号。
王晔过去曾经在微软中国有限公司工作过五年时间，她于1995年加入微软中国有限公司，是微软上海分公司最早的创建人之一，分别担任过市场经理以及华东区渠道销售部门经理，为华东地区市场及合作伙伴的发展打下了良好的基础，1999年由于在渠道拓展方面的出色表现，被调到微软中国有限公司总部，负责全国行业及重点合作伙伴的销售业务，所领导的部门当时承担并超额完成了微软全国70%的销售业绩。
王晔于2000年4月离开微软（中国）公司，加入当时中国电子商务领域里的领导者—北京珠穆朗玛电子商务网络服务有限公司（8848.COM）, 担任8848上海分公司总经理，全面负责分公司业务及运作，所领导的上海市场销售及技术支持团队参与了多项具有代表意义的电子商务项目，积累了丰富的公司管理及市场销售经验。
王晔于1989年毕业于复旦大学管理科学系管理科学专业，在加入微软公司之前，还曾在福建实达计算机系统有限公司和华普信息技术有限公司任职，分别担任过公关、财务营运及市场工作。

Ingrid Wang is the President of Shanghai Wicresoft Co., Ltd., managing the overall business of Wicresoft. Shanghai Wicresoft Co., Ltd. is a patterned software company jointly invested by Microsoft Corporation and the Shanghai Municipal Government. Having been established for only two years, Wicresoft conducts 4 stable and tangible business lines under the leadership of Ingrid Wang in Professional technical support and customer services, Software development & testing outsourcing, E-gov & E-edu solutions, and Enterprise service. Wicresoft also achieved remarkable
revenue of RMB 135million in 2003 fiscal year as well as being profitable in the first six months. Owing to Ingrid’s outstanding leadership, she was promoted to Vice President in May of 2003 and
continued to be promoted to President in Dec. of 2003.Ingrid also achieved Annual award for Best Economy Contributor of 2002 and award for Shanghai Leading Science & Technical Entrepreneur of 2003.

Ingrid Wang has worked in Microsoft (China) Co.,Ltd. for about 5 years. She joined Microsoft (China) Co.,Ltd. in 1995 and was one of the creators of Microsoft (China) Co.,Ltd's Shanghai Branch Office. She has held a variety of positions including: Marketing manager and Channel
manager of the east China region, and found an excellent customer-base in east China. In 1999, she was transferred to Microsoft (China) headquarters and was put in charge of industry distribution business and channel management. Her team accomplished 70% of the revenue for product sales in China.

In April 2000, Ingrid Wang joined 8848.com a company that played a leading role in E-business in China. She was the GM of 8848.com Shanghai's branch and supported all business segments. The sales & marketing team and technical support team which she leaded took part in many significant E-business projects. Ingrid Wang graduated from China’s renowned Fudan University and majored in Management Science in 1989. She also has experience in public relations, operations and marketing business during her work for Fujian Shida Computer System Co,.Ltd. and Huapu Information Technology Co., Ltd.
