黎俊康,资深人力资源管理及培训专家,技能本位培训项目的开发设计方面拥有丰富经验。黎先生毕业于香港城市大学企业管理研究生院,曾获加拿大曼尼托巴大学教育学硕士学位。
加入PDI之前,黎先生曾服务于多家大型跨国公司,先后任美国甲骨文公司亚太区甲骨文支持服务系统组织开发及培训部主管,通用电气医疗系统公司亚洲分公司培训经理,全面负责通用电气亚洲区售后工程师的技能培训工作,此前,黎先生还曾担任该公司人才开发经理,负责全亚洲地区远程学习战略的设计和实施工作。
此外,黎先生还积极参与各种社会活动,目前为香港空间大学人力资源管理项目研究生导师,并担任香港科技大学咨询理论专业访问讲师。
Philip Lai, M.Ed.
Mr. Philip Lai is an experienced HR & Training consultant,
with strong experience in design of competency-based development
program. Mr. Lai completed his Post-graduate Certificate of
Business Administration from City University of HK and Master
of Education (Counseling Psychology) from the University of
Manitoba, Canada and has a Bachelor of Social Work.
Prior to joining PDI, he was GE Medical Systems Asia Training
Manager, based in China, he is responsible for the development
of the field engineers' competency across Asia. Prior to the
current assignment, he was Talent Development Manager responsible
for designing and implementing the eLearning strategy for
the entire Asia region with special emphasis on leadership
development, in addition to providing HR Support to the business.
Furthermore, he was heavily involved in strategic organizational
change work in the GEMS Asia organizations.
Before that, Mr. Lai was Director, Organization Development
& Training in Oracle Support Services, Asia Pacific Division,
Oracle Corporation Mr. Lai is very active in extracurricular
activities and a seasoned speaker / lecturer...he is currently
tutoring at the University of HK SPACE in the post-graduate
HRM program. He had also taught at HK Polytechnical University
as a Visiting Lecturer in counseling theories to guidance
teachers at the post-graduate level.
