伍海川(Haichuan Wu)：韬睿咨询公司高级顾问

伍海川先生是韬睿咨询公司日本东京分公司的顾问，从事人力资源咨询业务。伍先生的主要专业咨询经验包括：各种退休金制度的设计、改革、精算评估, 及主要会计制度(如, 美国FAS87, 日本 ACR13, 国际IAS19)要求的债务披露; 资产和债务预测分析; 企业重组和兼并(M&A)中员工福利制度的相关咨询。他有在美国, 日本和中国丰富的工作经验, 为许多知名企业提供过咨询服务。
伍先生于2002年从韬睿在美国费城的精算业务中心调职到了东京。在加入韬睿咨询公司之前，伍先生曾就职于美国”环球五强”之一的会计/顾问公司, 在其人力资源咨询部门从事退休金制度方面的专业咨询服务。伍先生是美国精算师学会(American Academy of Actuaries)会员。
伍先生毕业于北京大学(获学士学位)和美国衣阿华州立大学(获硕士学位).

Haichuan Wu
Mr. Wu is a Consultant at Towers Perrin’s Tokyo office. Mr. Wu specializes in the actuarial and accounting aspects of pension consulting. He has extensive experience in pension plan design (DB, DC and hybrid plans), actuarial valuation, disclosure requirement under various accounting standards (US FAS 87, Japan ACR 13, and International IAS 19), asset-liability forecasts and merger and acquisition related HR consulting.　 Mr. Wu has provided consulting service for many well-known companies in the U.S., Japan and China.
Mr. Wu transferred to the Tokyo office from Towers Perrin’s Actuarial Service Center in Philadelphia in April of 2002. Prior to joining Towers Perrin, he has worked for one of the big 5 accounting/consulting firms in its actuarial/retirement consulting office.Mr. Wu is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Mr. Wu has a MS in Applied Mathematics from Iowa State University and a BA in Mathematics from Peking University.
