雷咏芬：韬睿咨询大中华地区资深福利顾问

雷咏芬小姐是韬睿咨询公司大中华地区的资深福利顾问。身为一位精算师，雷小姐的专长在于帮助企业设计不同类型的福利计划，包括福利调查、设计分析、依据美国或国际会计准则对福利计划进行精算评估、计划管理等有关咨詢服务。
雷小姐曾在韬睿咨询公司三藩市分公司工作长达十年，及后她于一九九五年中加入香港分公司工作。她毕业于加拿大多伦多约克大学，主修经济及商业管理。她现为美国精算师学会及香港精算师学会的会士。

Wing Lui is a Consultant of Towers Perrin’s Greater China Region. She is an experienced actuary and has extensive experience in assisting companies in designing benefit programs, conducting benefit reviews, analyzing demographic data and experience, performing actuarial valuations and forecasts in compliance with the requirements imposed by the Statements of Financial Accounting Standards (US) and International Accounting Standards, implementing benefit plans, harmonizing benefits after mergers and acquisitions, setting appropriate total remuneration guidelines, and communicating benefit changes to employees.
She transferred to the Hong Kong office in mid-1995 after working in the San Francisco office for ten years in the employee benefits area. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and business from York University in Toronto (Canada). She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (US) and the Actuarial Society of Hong Kong, an Enrolled Actuary under Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) of the US and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
