李涤非是翰威特咨询北京公司的组织与人员价值管理高级咨询顾问。她专长于进行人力资源战略的制定、组织绩效分析、组织结构设计与职位分析、胜任能力模型、绩效管理、人员的吸引与激励等方面的咨询,以及企业兼并收购过程中人力资源可行性研究及人力资源项目整合。
李涤非女士为不同行业的客户提供过卓有成效的咨询服务,主要包括金融、IT、电信、制造和专业服务行业。同时,李涤非在一些大型的咨询项目中担任项目经理工作。

Jenny Li is a senior consultant in Hewitt Talent & Organization
Consulting practice at Hewitt Beijing Branch. She consults
with clients on a variety of projects including workforce
strategy development, organization structure design and job
analysis, performance management, competency development and
recruiting.
Jenny’s consulting experiences cover various industries including
Finance, Information Technology, Tele-communication, service
and manufacturing.
Jenny Li had extensive working experience in corporate human
resource management. Prior to joining Hewitt, she worked as
the HR Director for a multinational telecommunication company
and the HR Manager for a multinational marketing company.
Jenny Li graduated from Institute of International Relations
with a Bachelor degree in International Economics. She also
completed short-term courses on strategic alliance conducted
by Wharton Business School. She is fluent in both Mandarin
and English.
